Do you take reservations?
Yes, we do accept reservations for our indoor dining room. However, patio seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis as it is weather dependent. Please note that during July, August, and holiday long weekends, reservations are unavailable due to high seasonal demand.
Do you allow dogs on your patio?
We permit a trained, certified service animal that is clearly identifiable through visible indicators, such as a vest or harness, along with proper documentation from a regulated healthcare professional and is used by a person with a disability to assist with needs related to their disability.
DO YOU PROVIDE SEPARATE BILLS?
Barangas offers separate bills for parties with a maximum of 8 guests. All parties with more than 8 guests will be presented with a single combined bill.
DO YOU ADD AN AUTOmatic GRATUITY TO YOUR BILLS?
An automatic 18 % gratuity is added to parties of 8 or more.
Do you allow cakes to be brought in?
Please note that we do not allow outside cakes or desserts, as we are a full-service restaurant with a complete dessert menu and an in-house pastry chef.
Do you allow decor for parties?
Outside décor, including balloons, is not permitted, as we strive to maintain the natural scenery and ambiance of the restaurant for all guests to enjoy.
Do you have a dress code?
A dress code is in effect for both indoor and outdoor dining room. (i.e. no muscle shirts, no activewear, no beachwear). Thank you for your understanding.
Are children allowed at Beach Bar?
Beach Bar is 19+ on Friday and Saturday from 7:00pm until close and Sunday from 1:00pm to 10:00pm.
Families are always welcome in the main restaurant.

IS YOUR PATIO OPEN IF IT’S RAINING?
Barangas offers a fully covered area as well as a retractable awning in the case of light rain. However, should there be thunder or lightening, the entire patio will be closed for the safety of our customers and employees.
Is your main restaurant menu the same as your beach bar menu?
While there are some items that are available on both menus, Beach Bar offers a separate more casual menu.
Do you take large party bookings?
Our main restaurant accepts large party bookings in April, May, June and September with a minimum of 25 guests. Large parties require a prearranged food and beverage menu, along with a 30% deposit.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Not every ingredient is listed on our menus. Please let your server know of any serious allergies or dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ALLOW FOOD TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE RESTAURANT.
Do you offer vegan/vegetarian/GF options?
Although we are a Greek restaurant, we make every effort to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions. Our menu includes vegetarian and gluten-free options, and we are happy to modify certain dishes when possible to meet specific dietary needs. We strive to ensure that all guests can enjoy a satisfying and flavorful dining experience while maintaining the quality and authenticity of our cuisine.
Do you offer halal meat?
All of our lamb and chicken souvlaki is halal.
What kind of meat is your gyro?
Our gyro meet is 100% beef.
Are you handicap accessible?
Barangas is fully handicap accessible. The restaurant features a ramp entrance, accessible washrooms, and designated accessible parking spaces.
Do you have customer parking?
We offer customer parking located across the street from the restaurant.
DO YOU RENT YOUR VOLLEYBALL COURTS?
Yes, we rent our courts when our league is not playing. One court is $150 for 2 hours of play. To book a court, please email onthebeach@barangas.ca
